TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking and Payment
A reservation with us is confirmed once you provide a deposit (or full payment if booking within 56 days of departure) and we send you a booking confirmation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to return your payment and refuse to issue a confirmation. A legally binding contract arises between you and us as soon as we issue the booking confirmation. If your booking includes flights, we will also provide an ATOL certificate. Upon receiving any document, if you notice any errors on your ATOL certificate, booking confirmation, or other documents, you must notify us immediately, as corrections may not be possible later, and failure to report errors within ten days (five days for tickets) could affect your rights. The remaining balance for your arrangements (including any applicable fees) is due no later than 56 days before departure (or another date communicated at the time of booking). Failure to pay on time may result in your booking being treated as cancelled, with applicable cancellation fees as described below.
Accuracy of Information
We aim to provide accurate information and prices on our website and promotional material. However, errors and changes can occur, and we reserve the right to correct them. You must verify all details and pricing before your booking is confirmed.
Travel Insurance
Sufficient travel insurance is a condition of your contract with us. You must ensure your policy covers all personal requirements, including pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation charges, medical expenses, and repatriation. Traveling without adequate coverage is at your own risk, and we cannot accept liability for any losses.
Pricing
Prices are calculated based on exchange rates published by the Turkish National Bank for MAD, TRY, and EUR. We reserve the right to adjust prices for unsold trips or correct mistakes in confirmed bookings.
Confirmed prices may vary due to:
-
Transport costs, including fuel;
-
Taxes, fees, or charges for services such as airport or port fees;
-
Exchange rate fluctuations.
We absorb increases up to 2% of your travel cost. Any amount above this, plus a £1 administration fee per person, will be charged to you. If price increases exceed 10%, you may accept an alternative holiday (of equivalent or higher quality without additional cost, or refunded if lower quality) or cancel for a full refund (excluding extra services or amendments). If the price falls by more than 2%, a refund will be issued. No changes or refunds occur within 30 days of departure.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
Early Return
If you cut your holiday short without a valid complaint about accommodation or services, no refund is provided. Travel insurance may cover early return.
Changes by You
Any changes after confirmation must be made in writing by the first named person. While we will try to accommodate requests, they may incur additional charges. If changes cannot be made and you do not wish to continue, this is treated as a cancellation. Bookings can sometimes be transferred to another suitable person, subject to written notice and fees.
Transfers and Cancellations
Transfers require at least 28 days’ notice, payment of £50 per person, and agreement by the transferee to all terms. Otherwise, regular cancellation charges apply. Certain arrangements may not be amended or transferred after confirmation, and changes may incur up to 100% cancellation fees.
Cancellation by You
Cancellations must be in writing. Charges depend on notice:
-
More than 60 days: loss of deposit (+ supplier fees);
-
30–60 days: 50% of total cost (+ supplier fees);
-
Less than 30 days: 100% of total cost.
Flight costs are non-refundable. Some arrangements may incur up to 100% cancellation fees. Insurance may cover these charges.
Changes or Cancellation by Us
We may need to change or cancel bookings. Minor changes (e.g., ±12h flights, change of aircraft, equal or better accommodation) will be communicated, with no liability. Major changes (lower standard accommodation, significant schedule changes) allow you to accept, cancel, or choose alternatives. You must respond within 7 days.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our control (war, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.).
Special Requests, Disabilities, Medical Conditions
Requests should be made at booking and confirmed in writing. We will attempt to accommodate needs but cannot guarantee fulfillment. Full details of medical conditions must be disclosed; otherwise, booking may be cancelled with applicable fees.
Behavior
Guests must behave responsibly. Misconduct may lead to immediate termination of your booking, no refund, and liability for damages.
Excursions
Tours or activities booked locally are not part of your contract with us and are the responsibility of the operator.
Arrival & Welcome Meeting
You will be met by our representatives at the airport with a Belek Golf Holidays sign. Welcome meetings will provide shuttle details and answer questions.
All-Inclusive Accommodation
Meals, most soft drinks, and local alcohol are included. Some imported drinks and a la carte restaurants may incur extra charges. Golf club fees are not included.
Tee Times
Golf courses may adjust tee times due to maintenance or scheduling. Alternatives will be arranged where possible. Courses may pair groups differently during peak season.
Passports, Visas, Health
You are responsible for compliance with all travel documents, visas, health, and entry requirements. We provide general guidance only. Failure to comply may result in denied travel or losses, for which you are responsible.
Supplier Terms
Many services are provided by third parties under their terms and conditions, which are part of your contract.
Assistance in Resort
We provide reasonable support for issues caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances, but we are not liable for associated costs unless otherwise stated.
Delays and Missed Transport
If you experience delays or cancellations, contact us and the transport provider immediately. EU law may provide compensation from airlines. You may need to assign your rights to us if you receive airline compensation.
Passenger Data
Some governments require passenger information before departure. Data is collected according to our privacy policy.
Foreign Office Advice
You are responsible for monitoring travel advice. Ignoring it may be considered force majeure.
Data Protection
Personal details may be shared with airlines, resorts, and authorities as required by law. We protect your data and may contact you for marketing unless you opt out in writing.
